Does your business have a Facebook page? If so, how's it going?

Many businesses are struggling to get engagement or reach on their Facebook Business Page.

Many Facebook owners have been frustrated with the fact that, in order to reach their fans, they've had to pay- despite Facebook saying to the contrary. Of course producing killer content is incredibly important, but if you're going to get your Facebook page off the ground you're going to have to go down the advertising route. Even Facebook are starting to admit that fact- I'd definitely check out this article by Julia Campbell entitled Facebook Finally Admits That You Do Have to Pay for Ads to Reach Your Fans.

If you are going to go down the Facebook advertising route please, please, please don't take the easy option and click "boost post". I promise you, you are almost certainly throwing money down the drain!

I will be talking more about how to advertise on Facebook successfully in subsequent articles, but for now I wanted to share this awesome infographic by Jon Loomer.
