EP 32 - Blog Image

Do you get anxious before you go live? Or maybe you can't even get started pressing that "go live" button because you're so anxious?

Performance anxiety is a real thing, and that's why I am so excited to have Dr Nick Lazaris on the show. He's a Performance Psychologist and Anxiety Coach and has over 38 years of experience helping entrepreneurs, performing artists, and creatives overcome performance anxiety and stage fright.

I met Nick in Franklin, Tenessee this year and we had an amazing conversation about how some entrepreneurs can really struggle with getting in front of the camera. But more importantly, how to overcome that anxiety.

We Cover...

  • What is performance anxiety?
  • Does it just affect musicians, actors and public speakers? How about entrepreneurs using live video?
  • Why do some people get performance anxiety and some people don't?
  • Why bother? If I get anxious with live video, maybe I should avoid it?
  • How did you get to be a Performance Psychologist & Anxiety Coach?
  • What are the biggest fears that people have in going live or producing a webinar?
  • How do we overcome the anxiety of getting in front of the camera?
