It’s like when you wake up in the middle of the night and have an idea. You need to step away and refresh yourself.

Ideas can come at the strangest Times, Driving alone is when i get some of my best ideas. Bit like how we came up with the concept for The Social Media Talks Podcast.

There are two kinds of overload. 1. Being able as the creator to have a system in place to be able to create content daily on the platforms. 2 as a user, the overwhelm to follow content and getting sucked in to consuming too much content that it uses so much of your time.
